Job Description:

Advising present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Should have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi (preferred).
  • Basic computer skills is necessary.
  • Describe products and services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for products and services.
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into Robot.
  • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
  • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
